Shipping & Delivery

Hemphomehealth.com offers a product subscription service that delivers products every month to its subscribers. We charge a flat fee of $4.95 for all domestic shipments in the lower 48. 

Orders valued at $200 or more per month qualify for free shipment. 

A carrier of choice will fulfill delivery. The delivery schedule depends on your subscription date. For example, you started your subscription on April 10th, will receive your next shipment on May 10th, and so forth.

Returns & Refunds

Homehemphealth.com  strives to provide the finest products to all our customers.  If you receive your products and there is any damage to the packaging or product, let us know immediately. If you are not satisfied with the product that we have provided you, please contact us within 7 days.

We are offering the following return policy.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously.  We go above and beyond to ensure the products we ship are up to our customer’s expectations and standards.  All items are individually inspected, and hand packaged, therefore, Incredmed stands behind any reports of products that are determined defective; miss labeled, or damaged during packaging.

To process claims of defective, damaged or mislabeled products, our customer service team must be contacted within 7 days of delivery notifications provided by our shippers.  If Incredmed is contacted at hello@hemphomehealth.com or by phone at 773-490-8878, we will begin a review of your defective merchandise replacement request.

Because this is relatively a new industry, our payment system is unable to offer credit card refunds.  In lieu of credit reversal, IncredMed offers; online store credit of which, a credit may be applied to any other items offered from our online store or a replacement of the same product with no new shipping charges.

When taking advantage of Incredmed’s return policy, the following are required.

Incredmed will send return packaging.  Customers must place remaining product in the package provided and mail it back to Incredmed within 3 days.  We will have a tracking code on our provided package. Upon receipt we will determine if a replacement of the same product will be sent out with no added shipping charges, or an instore credit will be issued.
